Once again this year, Azkoyen is attending EU’Vend, to be held in Cologne, Germany, from 19 to 21 September. EU’Vend is staged every two years and is considered the leading trade show for the vending industry in Central Europe, with considerable impact on the sector in countries such as Germany, Austria, Poland or Switzerland. Besides, it attracts trade members from emerging markets in Eastern Europe, like Russia, the Czech Republic or Slovakia, among others.
‘Attending EU’Vend is a strategic move by Azkoyen, since the fair draws some 6,000 visitors from 66 countries, which makes it the largest event in the vending industry across Europe,’ says Azkoyen Vending Systems Marketing Manager Eduardo Andueza. ‘With the support of our German affiliate, we’ll use this platform to increase our operations in Central Europe and the new markets in the north and east of Europe.
15 points to boost operators’ income
At EU’Vend 2013 Azkoyen will announce up to 15 ways to boost operators’ income, reducing costs or creating new modes to increase profit margins. These include the new technologies developed by Azkoyen, the official launch of the Zen and Zensia models for hot drinks, the new functions available in these ranges and the accessories to complete and boost operators’ business.
New Zen and Zensia ranges
Azkoyen’s bet on design and innovation is pretty clear in the new Zen and Zensia hot drink machines. They come in table-top and free-standing units and will be exhibited for the first time at EU’Vend 2013, where buyers will be able to see how they are used and find the new ‘Customixer’ and ‘Extra-shot’ functions, which help raise average profit margin per service while offering a value-added service to end-users. With the new functions, drinks can be personalised as in coffee shops.
